Description
by Emily L. Kendall
Sustaining a tiny human life with a body that’s just been split open and in the process of knitting itself back together is a monumental undertaking. (Mt. Everest has nothing on moms.) This journal helps you establish a daily ritual to guide your nursing and/or pumping sessions. And mainly helps you to remember to say nice things to yourself. Like, “I am a good mom.” Because you are.
From the Author: “Nursing and pumping with my first two babies was a struggle. Looking back I understand the role that stress played in my experiences. This journal was born to help me manage stress, find a little peace, and reconnect with my own intuition while breastfeeding my third (surprise!) baby. It helped me, which is why I decided to put it out in the world. I hope it helps you too.”
