Description
The goal of this book is to allow the reader to discover the 4 Walls of the Mental Box and the 4 Ways to SMASH the Box. The mental box is formed by being in our head and the walls include:
- Perfectionism
- Fear
- Judgment
- Negativity
Once those walls are broken down we can begin to not only think outside the box, we can, as the saying goes, SMASH THE BOX!
