Returns are accepted in limited cases and must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.

Braughler Books is not responsible for original shipping fees or return postage unless a shipping error was made.
Refunds:
No refunds will be made without a return of the original order. There will be no exceptions.
In instances where shipments have been delayed or lost in transit due to errors on the part of the shipping service (for example, the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or others) the buyer will be responsible for applying for refunds (by way of filing a claim) through the respective carrier using the tracking information provided by Braughler Books during the original order processing.
Unopened books:
Please include a note stating that the book is a return and the reason for the return. Books returned in an unsellable condition are not eligible for a credit. Unsellable means scratched, damaged corners, visible signs of use or missing pages or pieces. Upon receipt appropriate credit will be applied to the purchaser’s credit card minus the following restocking fees:
- Under $25.00: $2.00 restocking fee
- $25.00 – $100.00: $5.00 restocking fee
- Over $100.00: $10.00 restocking fee
Opened books:
Please include a note stating that the book is a return and the reason for the return. Books returned in an unsellable condition are not eligible for a credit. Books damaged in shipping:
Photos of damaged books with their packing material are required for replacement. Return via lowest cost method. Upon receipt, a replacement book will be shipped and a refund for return shipping postage will be applied to the purchaser’s credit card.
